In the middle of the picture, small coffee beans are fading one after the other. The motif of the coffee bean is a recurring element of Lakner’s work. The excellence of the graphics is due to the precise, elaborate details. The drawing was made during a two-month long residency program at the famous guest house of the Museum Folkwang in Essen, Germany.
