Biography

Painter, graphic designer. He was a student of István Csók at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest, and then his teaching assistant for four years. He was one of the founding members of UME. In 1930, he appeared mainly with pastels in the Ernst Museum together with Aurél Bernáth, István Cserepes and Ödön Márffy. In 1935, he was featured in the National Salon, and in 1940 he had a collection exhibition in the Studio. In 1965, he presented his works in the Derkovits Hall. Several of his works are kept by the Hungarian National Gallery.
