Biography
Painter, craftsman. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 1923 as a student of János Vaszary. She went on a study trip to Rome and Paris. At first, she achieved success with her oil paintings. Then she mainly worked in the field of ceramics and glass painting. Her main work: the stained glass windows of the Mohács town hall commemorating the Battle of Mohács (1927), the stained glass windows of the churches in Városmajor (1932), the Győr industrial town (1929), the glass windows of the Pécs downtown church (1943), etc. She participated in numerous domestic and foreign (Monza, 1930; Rome, 1934; Paris, 1937, etc.) art exhibitions, where she won a gold medal or the Grand Prix.
