Magyar Írás cover design (1923)

The cover design of the Hungarian literary and art magazine edited by Tivadar Raith was created in 1923 by Jenő Gábor, inspired by avant-garde art and the Bauhaus. The critical magazine was a forum for Hungarian left-wing intellectuals, featuring artists such as the first generation of the West, Apolinaire, Kandinsky, János Mattis Teusch, Farkas Molnár or Lajos Tihanyi.
