Biography
In 1924, he was admitted to the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest, where he enrolled in the class of Oszkár Glatz. . In 1933, he became a member of the Association of New Artists. In 1934, he went on a study trip to Paris. From 1937 to 1942, he worked in Felsőbánya in the summer. From 1947, he taught at the free art school in Debrecen and later at the Ferenc Medgyessy studio. He painted his iconic social realist works around 1950.
