Biography
Painter, graphic designer. He graduated from Arad and then studied at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts as a student of János Vaszary. He became involved in the work of the Socialist Fine Artists Group, and in 1938 he went to Paris with his wife, the painter Ilona Fiszl, where he enrolled at the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts. In 1944, he participated in the Salon de la Résistance held at the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. From 1958 to 1964, he produced book illustrations and cartoons. He presented himself at a solo exhibition in Paris in 1946. In 1982, he was featured in the exhibition of Hungarian artists living abroad in Budapest.
